Our next CSREM Roundtable Alliance safety professional development meeting is\u00a0Tuesday,\u00a0November 13th<\/sup>\u00a0at 10:00. This month\u2019s\u00a0speaker is Tim Irving and topic is his annual OSHA update.<\/p>\n Tim Irving, Assistant Regional Administrator for Cooperative and State Programs, US DOL\/OSHA Region 1 Office, JFK Federal Building, Room E 340, Boston, MA, 02203,\u00a0will present his ever popular \u201cAnnual OSHA Update\u201d and recap of the agency\u2019s fiscal year enforcement and outreach results for FY 2018.\u00a0\u00a0The review will cover the national, regional and local inspection and citation information as well as the regional fatal accident statistics.\u00a0The CSREM has been instrumental in the success of the OSHA outreach efforts and other campaigns. Tim will give an update on how the success of these local events have national implications and how we can support upcoming training and\u00a0Region I\u2019s effort to initiate the\u00a024\/7 Challenge\u00a0where organizations \u201cDon\u2019t just ensure your workers go home safe \u2013 Make sure they come back to work healthy the next shift.\u201d<\/p>\n Both the sponsor and host for this month\u2019s meeting is\u00a0Joanne Cameron of National Lumber.
