From Glenn:

Happy New Year CSREM Ambassador Alliance Roundtable folks,

Our first of the year CSREM Ambassador Alliance safety professional development meeting is January 14th.

This month’s speaker is Keith Pancake, Health, Safety & Environment Consultant for ACRT Services Enterprise and Bermex with over a decade of experience in the utility industry. Keith holds certifications as a Safety Manager and Defensive Driving Instructor and has previously been a certified arborist/utility specialist. In 2018, he was honored with the Utility Arborist Association’s Will Nutter Silver Shield award.

Keith will present Going Out on a Limb: The Life Changing SIF Experience. Serious Injuries and Fatalities (SIFs) have long-lasting, life-altering effects on many people beyond the individual involved. Keith will share his deeply personal journey of becoming a passionate safety professional after suffering a devastating injury on the job. Through his story, he will highlight the critical importance of fostering a strong culture of safety within your organization, emphasizing how it can profoundly impact lives and careers.
