March Meeting Announcement

NOTICE: Due to the forecast of inclement weather the March meeting is postponed to April 11, 2017 and will be held at Liberty Mutual with the same topic as originally scheduled .

Hello Roundtable folks,

The next CSREM Roundtable meeting is Tuesday, March 14th at 10:00. The professional development topic is Violence in the workplace.

Although originally schedule for June 2016 meeting, circumstances out of control of the original speaker prevented them from presenting Workplace Violence. The Roundtable Steering Committee is pleased to announce we have resurrected the Workplace Violence topic which will be presented by Lisa Sullivan of OSHA Region 1 Boston Office. Lisa is an OSHA Industrial Hygienist and has taken the lead role for this topic in Region 1.

As of March 2017, Galen Blanton has assumed the Regional Administrator Position for Region 1.

The sponsor and host for this month’s meeting is Raymond C. Coia, Administrator, New England Laborers¹ Health and Safety Fund and hosted by Kevin McCarthy of Liberty Mutual. The meeting is being held at Liberty Mutual Conference Center, Riverside Office Park, 20 Riverside Road, Weston, MA 02493. If ya get lost, call Kevin on his cell phone # 617-512-0848 or Nancy on her phone # 617-959-4414.

As customary, please RSVP to Nancy Hughes of OHS Training & Consulting Inc. at nancy.ohstc@gmail.com , by this Friday March 10th to insure your name is on the security badge list and an accurate head count is provided for the luncheon.
