Hello Ambassador Alliance Roundtable folks, 

Our next CSREM Roundtable Ambassador Alliance safety professional development meeting will be March 12th on the topic of Hazardous Material Surveys.

Jonathan Nicoll from John Turner Consulting will provide an overview of Hazardous Material Surveys.  Jon will discuss when surveys are required, types of surveys required, what to look for on hazardous material surveys, as well as providing insight into the AQ-06 and AQ-04 DEP notification process.  Whether you dig in the ground, reno the existing superstructure or RIP the existing roof there are MA DEP/DLS requirements to follow from both a GC and sub point of view.
