DPS Listening Sessions Scheduled for Monday, October 26, 2015 @ 09:30

Hello Roundtable folks,

As many of you know Gov Charlie Baker has requested under Exec Order 562 that all Massachusetts government agencies look over their existing laws on the books. Recently, MaDEP (Mike Elliott) accomplished this task regarding their ACM regulations. Yesterday, Thursday MaDLS (Brian Wong) held his stakeholders meeting on their ACM regs down on Staniford Street. I would not classify the meeting as being fun, although in my opinion, it certainly proved to be very interesting.

Attached please find invitation from MaDPS to attend their DPS Listening Sessions Scheduled for Monday, October 26, 2015 starting @ 09:30 at One Ashburton Place. I’m sure there is a reason why DPS hoisting regulation is last on the agenda, just saying.

Wishing all of you a safe and pleasant holiday weekend.

Glenn
