Our speaker is T.J. Winick, Senior Vice President, Solomon McCown & Company. When crisis strikes, preparation is key to weathering the storm. Responding and communicating effectively is key to protecting your company’s reputation. From building a crisis plan ahead of groundbreaking to real-time response, what you need to know to successfully navigate the unexpected.

Hello Roundtable folks,

The next CSREM Roundtable meeting is Tuesday, April 09th at 10:00. This month’s professional development topic is health/injury related “Initial evaluation and early management of soft tissue injuries.”

Our speaker is John Burress who will be presenting on “Initial evaluation and early management of soft tissue injuries.”

This month’s meeting is being sponsored and hosted by Daniel Della-Giustina, Safety Director, Consigli. Roundtable meeting is being held at Consigli’s corporate facility, Sumner Street, Milford, MA. The actual meeting will be held in Consigli’s training facility, 74 Sumner Street (GPS address). There is a large flat roof 2 story building on the right just before their corporate office. You would be best served to park in the upper lot behind the building and walk down to the double doors.

Our next CSREM Roundtable Alliance safety professional development meeting is Tuesday, March 12th at 10:00. This month’s topic is Cup Lifters. 

This month’s topic is being presented by Bob Kunz, Corporate Safety Director, Dimeo Construction Company. Ryan Wells, ARM, Risk Management and Safety Consultant for Intrinsic Risk Services and Massey Plate Glass will joining the discussion on vacuum lifters.

The presentation will include the following:

  • A continuation of 29 CFR 1926.1427 Crane Operator Training, Certification and Evaluation
  • A presentation discussing vacuum lifters, including without limitation
    • Lessons learned from two dropped loads events,
    • Custom made vacuum lifters
    • Applicability of OSHA 29 CFR 1926.251 (a)(4) and ASME B30.20 Below-The-Hook Lifting Devices
